You obviously spend to much time picking one word apart and I'm sure you could of figured out what I meant. This game is so far off from the original and the fact that BioWare deliberaty looked over this problem is basically their way of saying "F-U" to the long time fans.
I apologize if I misquoted you. But games change. I loved Me1 but well it was staticy sometimes too. The N7 missions I swear are some of the most boring peice of gaming I have ever had. They made a cletionist like myself dread playing it sometimes. Don't get me started on the Mako.
What fans are they ignoring? I don't see an FU at all. I am a long term fan. They didn't do everything I liked but I don't see how I have to like everything. The autodialogue is annoying but I understand they were not trying to dillibritely ****** us off. They thought it would be more cinematic. They might be wrong but it isn't because they hate their fans.

If you advertise your going to have something Implemented, you do it. Thats beyond ignoring, thats lying to people.

Exactly, it all goes back to the face importer issue, nothing else right now.

"But Bioware, you don't start by watching Return of the King," I thought.
But now I see.
Now I understand.

Heh.
I am glad I kept at least one Shepard with the default face.
I dig it.
People should keep putting up the pressure. The fact that anything like this has to be done is asinine. Good thing I've been playing the backhalf of ME2 to get those decisions fine tuned.

Hi everyone
We are aware that some players are having issues importing the faces of characters from Mass Effect 1 or Mass Effect 2 into Mass Effect 3. The issue is likely in how faces were detected when imported from Mass Effect 1 into Mass Effect 2, and we’re working on the best way to correct it for affected players.
As our teams work hard to address the importing of face codes we would like to call out a fan made tool that may be able to help PC users in the short term:
Mass Effect Tools
Hey Chris, to give you an idea of how important this is. I originally spent 3hrs creating my original Shepard in ME1. Importing from ME2 has got to be one of the highlights of my gaming life of over 20 years. Then after shelling out $129 for the special addition I was mortified to find it wouldn't recognise my save and so I spent another 2 hours with photos trying to replicate my original femshep, now after playing for six hours I just am not happy with my results. I'm actually going to go back and fine tune some mistakes I made of the recreation as It's so intergal to the experience. Perhaps I'm an extreme case but I think it's worth noting how dire this situation is for long term fans as we basically cannot continue the experience because of this major oversight in the games development.
ptys
I would have never bought ME2, ME3, or any of the dlc's if it wasn't for the import function.
Bioware got a lot of money from me because I actually cared about the story and characters. Otherwise, it would have felt like a Michael Bay film.
With Gears of war, I'm guessing the only reason people play that is for the combat and multiplayer, not for the characters. At least I hope people don't idolize characters that look like they came out of Jersey Shore.

TL;DR
Review the game if you own it on places like Amazon, and honestly state your opinion of the state the game was shipped to you in, and whether you consider it playable or not as it is now.
