That's the thing. They
already let us down. No early heads up about the problem. No sharing of info to the community to help with a solution that they apparently felt was not justifiable business-wise.
This was the choice of management. All they are doing now is seeing if the PR disaster is more cost-effective to ignore or throw money at. I personally have lost all respect for them. Just another bunch of suits out making money.
P.S. Good idea about amazon. I put up my review (not nasty, but accurate). Personally, I think there will be plenty of used copies for ppl to pick up cheap, really soon.
