Guys, hate to say... I don't think they're gonna fix it. They would at least say something... anything. My guess is they're seeing the 9.0 reviews and pre-order sales and are thinking, 'these guys are just whiners, our game is awesome, screw 'em. They'll forget it'.
Thought I'd be a good sport and at least try to recreate my Sheps face. I thought it looked OK until I started playing and noticed a npc looked nearly identical to my newly recreated Shepard. Not a big deal at first. A fluke, I thought, until a few hours later when I saw another near twin. Really takes me out of the game, I don't want to see another one. It would be like be like seeing Stallone as an extra every 10 minutes in Rambo.
Seems like these newer face codes are less complex than the older ones (or at least look less complex). It just keeps reminding me I'm playing a game. I never ran into this problem with the old face while playing the other Mass Effects. I didn't see a Shepard clone every five minutes. I don't really feel like playing it anymore. I've been waiting for this game forever. This was right up there with The Dark Knight Rises as the top things I was looking forward to this year. Guess I'll have to wait till then to be inspired again (at least I only have to pay 10 bucks for Dark Knight). Hate to say it Bioware, but I've lost my faith in you guys. Maybe you guys should stick to your movie ideas from now on. Leave the RPG's for Bethesda. It's a wonder you guys got such great ratings for this game. Guess your PR department knew a few people cause I strangely see little mention of this on the major website reviews. Good for you, I guess...
