 When i type my gamestop pre order code in the redeem promo code box it gives me this 
Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly. any help?

Are you entering it into Origin, or the Bioware sight? For example, I had to enter the From Ashed DLC code in origin, but it would not work in the Social site

Hmm, then you might want to try and Call Gamestop, unless there is something going on with the codes right now, although if you're having this issue, you might not be the only one, so be prepared for possible waits, or non answers....sorry you're having issues

For which code? From ashes, you need to redeem it thru origins. For me, my argus rifle dlc was registered but didnt appear in game. IDK why.

The dlc im trying to redeem is N7 defendor armor N7 Valkyrie rifle and the Argus all in one code..

i think i know why it doesn't work! they screwed up my pre order they registered it as ps3 when i said pc and it was a last minute exchange at the mid night release the code i have must be for the ps3!

edit- i could be wrong though..

N7 valkyrie rifle? We have that? I didnt have it.... They say its only for those who order thru origins.. Oh ya N7 stuff you redeem thru here or origins also can. Then go into the game. Click downloadble content or something. Will auto dl.

They didnt email or contact me when i pre-ordered the ME3 CE PC. so i pestered them until i got a confirmation.

Origin doesn't accept my code i get this error The product code you entered is not valid. Please confirm that the code has been entered correctly

Oh. Good luck man. They might have given you the wrong codes. Call them up tml. Its 3.30am now. Gotta sleep. Spent only 1 hour playing ME3. Stupid CE disc 2 is corrupted or something. Cant dl thru cd.

So how was it? Now my MassEffect 3 single player is ****ed up. Cant load **** cause theres a Missing DLC bug. Missing DLC from ashes.
