I'm having an issue with my redeem code content in DAO. I redeemed it through this site while I was installing the game and it says it worked, all the content is listed on my profile here as well. In game, however, when I log it, it downloads nothing, lists nothing as stuff I should have access to or anything of the sort. It is not present in game either.

We need more info, including what version of the game you're using. See the "Read First" post pinned to the top of the forum. Also, for official support, you can go to help.ea.com.

I went to help.ea.com as you suggested, and got the help to fix it. Appears it was fault in my firewall settings that did something with regards to the manner of establishing connection.
