This whole situation is starting to get really annoying. EA's conduct is completely unacceptable.

I sent another e-mail to Bol.com, pointing them towards this thread and stating that there are many rumours regarding delivery problems of the CE. I just got one of those automated e-mails back (which I didn't get yesterday, so maybe this is a good sign?) so I hope to have an answer relatively soon.

I'll keep you guys posted.

Yeah, that was the PS3 version.

I just got off the phone too with bol.com. They didn't have the PC and Xbox CE's (yet), but the lady insisted they WILL get them and that they WILL deliver these CE's. It was unclear when they'd get them, tomorrow or maybe Friday (or maybe even later?). They didn't have them in stock right now, so I don't think we can expect them in the mail tomorrow.

I also pre-ordered the CE at bol.com, like I've always done with pre-orders. Bol.com usally handels them pretty well (they don't over order, they deliver on day of release etc..), but It's pretty worrying if they don't even have them in their warehouses right now o_0 I really hope they'll get them in supply by the end of the day. If I get an email confirming they've send my copy,and noone else before me confirmed so, I'll let you know.

Isn't the game on the right in the first picture the pc CE edition?
I could be wrong.

Yes, he got the PC CE from Dynabyte and the PS3 from bol.com.

But oh well, at least SOME info. I didn't think it was quite enough, so I sent this back:

begrijpt dat dit nogal wat gemixte signalen zijn! Ik hoop natuurlijk
ten volste dat u gelijk heeft en dat het spel gewoon op 8 maart wordt
afgeleverd. Bij mijn bestelstatus staat echter nog steeds dat de
bestelling 'verwerkt' wordt, en we zitten al redelijk dicht tegen de
achtste aan. Des te zorgwekkender dat sommige mensen wel al hun Bol.com
bestelling binnen hebben gekregen (niet de PC-versie); waarom zijn die
artikelen wel reeds verstuurd maar de PC-versies nog niet?

The Netherlands, sorry. I did pre-order (actually, my boyfriend did) but that wasn't too long ago. Our original order was with GameMania but they didn't mail a confirmation and send the money back.. that was in December I guess.

Anyhow, both CE copies got delivered about an hour ago.

I did read somewhere, that even if you have your copy, you still can't play it untill the 9th in Europe.. Not sure if that's true though, it's almost done installing here.

I went to the store and they showed me my copy but told me they couldn't give it to me until tomorrow, I'm just glad I'm certain now that I'll get one, even though I did order it a bit late

That's the most extreme cruelty imaginable! Show someone his/her copy of ME3 CE and then refuse to sell it!

I pre-ordered both PC and Xbox CE with bol.com and have decided to cancel the PC version and get it through Origin. I ordered both so my boyfriend and I could play at the same time, but since I'll be playing PC first, the PC version has my priority of course . Hopefully for him, the Xbox version will arrive tomorrow or Friday.

I think it would be wise though to consider the possibility that the game might be entirely in French, with no option to switch to English. The French are chauvinistic enough to do something like that

After a look in the forum I see that the French version also supports English...If it's correct.

Amazon seems not to ship the CE in Germany yet and there are rumors, they don´t have enough copies. We feel with you my european brothers...

 I went to my GameMania today and he looked into the box and said "Yep, your copy is right here. You can come get it tomorrow."

So I went to the MediaMarkt and asked if they were selling ME3 yet and the guy glanced over to a boxed up pallet and said "Yep, on sale tomorrow." To which I asked if there were CE editions amongst those and he said that they didn't recieve any CE, just !300! regulars (I'm guessing 100 Xbox/PS/PC)

Thanks for your investigation thus far, Von Lipwig. Reading all this, I too am starting to incline more and more towards an Origin copy now. Their customer service has been really finicky as usual, even though their deliveries in the past were generally fine. It's something with PC versions that has a tendency to mess up a lot.

Someone from the Bol.com customer service just called me to clarify the situation. He stated that if there are any issues regarding the supply of any item, the customer service is the first to be notified, and they would communicate it to the customers ASAP. So far, though, they have received absolutely no news that they will not be able to fulfill the ME3 CE pre-orders on any platform, meaning that we should all receive our pre-orders on release.


He did state that he had heard some rumours himself, mostly because they have been getting quite a few calls and e-mails from people about this very issue, but he had received no official word so everything should be fine.


And we all know that Bol.com can deliver items on very short notice. I mean, just look at the 'voor 9 uur besteld? morgen in huis!' sign on most articles! They should be able to deliver even if they get it in late today.



Most of my worries have been alleviated, but that small nagging feeling of doubt will only dissipate when I finally hold that CE in my hands!  He did state that if they would not receive enough supply to fulfill all pre-orders, they would likely be able to deliver later, or offer an alternative option.

Ik heb de CE maar via Origins gekocht, ik weet vrijwel zeker dat weinig winkels het hebben.

Just bought the CE trough Origins, pretty sure not many shops have it.
