So I ordered @ FRS and the current status is 'Helaas niet leverbaar' does anyone know how to cancel an order on freerecordshop.nl?

Called up my local Game Mania (Almere) which thankfully confirmed that my pre-order is still alive and kicking. The store didn't get any of the copies yet though, but he said they should arrive tomorrow. He wasn't informed of anything going wrong.

Got an E-mail from Intertoys that my ME3 CE pc version is coming my way.

"Als het goed is heeft u bij ons een Collector's Edition van Mass Effect 3 gereserveerd. Nu kregen wij pas vandaag het bericht van EA dat wij deze geheel niet gaan krijgen. Dus mijn oprechte excuses, maar deze zullen wij ten tijde van release (morgen) dus NIET hebben."

Not sure if this means that they won't have it tomorrow or ever.

After all these disturbing messages I jumped in the elevator and went downstairs to check my mailbox. It isnt there yet, but I will trust bol.com to deliver. (rather sooner than later)

But one thing that isnt clear to me yet: Is it true now that bol.com hasnt received any copies themselves yet, or are they just not yet allowed to deliver?
In more practical terms: Is there a chance Im playing ME3 CE tonight on my Xbox?

It seems like never, these CE's normally don't get backordered.

I feel your pain. I love Nedgame, but EA doesn't love them. It was the store I talked about in an earlier post. EA did the same to them during the DA2 release. It feels like they prioritise the big stores in favor of the smaller ones, yet why they decided to not deliver to Medamarkt is lost on me.

Unless a miracle happens, no, you won't be playing tonight. When I called them a couple of hours ago, they told me they don't have the PC and Xbox CE's in stock right now. The PS3 dude got his copy yesterday from bol.com, so I assume if they had the PC and Xbox, we'd have them too.

It's possible of course that they'll get them later today and send them out at midnight, so you might be able to play tomorrow. But today? I wouldn't count on it.

I trust them to deliver the PC and Xbox CE's though, she specifically told me they will be getting those soon.

I pre-ordered my collector edition in june from amazon.and i'm really happy i got it atleast.ofcourse i had to pay extra tax/shipping from the VS to holland.but in my opinion the extra 10/20€ was worth it .

The 360/PC edition are at bol.com and they will be shipped tonight. We will probably get our shipping notices after 01.15 in the morning and they will arrive during the day

hmm which version is this about, i ordered the CE edition for the xbox back in december. I havn't heared anything form nedgame

hmm which version is this about, i ordered the CE edition for the xbox back in december. I havn't heared anything form nedgame

It was the PC version.

It was posted over at budgetgaming. Someone had contacted bol.com with the question about shipment and was told they were in.

Net contact gehald met Bol.com.

De grote bulk van collectors editions gaat deze nacht de deur uit bij ze. Je kan zo rond 1:15 een mail verwachten en dus gewoon op de 8e je CE op de deurmat hebben liggen. Bol.com geeft aan dat het aantal CE inderdaad erg beperkt is, maar dat ze daarom ook het artikel zo snel mogelijk van de website hebben gehaald.


Also I was called by bol.com themselves that I shouldn't worry and I could expect my CE in time to play. At first I had called their customer service who forwarded my question to the department handling games etc. They replied back that my pe-order was fine.

And yes most of their orders get shipped at night. Was the case for me with Swtor, DA2 etc.

Did you receive an e-mail confirming your order? It's possible that you ordered (one of) the last copies and it's 'helaas niet leverbaar' anymore because you nabbed the last one

Sweet! Then I'll just assume that all Bol.com pre-orders are fine and should arrive tomorrow. They can deliver at very short notice so if they got their supply of games today I have no doubt they'll be in time tomorrow. Thanks for the info, added to retailer listings sources!

For which platform did you purchase it? I took a brief gander at the frs.nl webshop and they still appear t have the PC and PS3 CEs in stock. I don't see the Xbox360 CE in the list though: free record shop mass effect 3 products

Also, did it say 'helaas niet leverbaar' BEFORE you ordered or did it only start saying that AFTER you ordered?

If BEFORE: you're probably not going to get it as they were out of stock before you ordered it.
If AFTER: then you might be in luck and you may have snagged one of the last CEs before they went out of stock.

EDIT: As Cerrydd says, if you get a confirmation e-mail, you're probably in the clear.

BTW, Nedgame still has the 360 and PS3 CE versions available for sale.

If I were you,  I would contact them to make sure. From the things I read, it seemed they hadn't received any PC CEs at all, so it might be wise to call or e-mail them to see if you may be in luck or not.
