Can anyone explain under what rules determine who speaks during missions? Like lets say there are main plot dialogues and your party members chime in with a few words. What determines who speaks and who doesnt? I've seen vids online with people getting the dialogues with different people in the same spot however I have no idea how this is done.

Help much appreciated.
