Hello

I've purchased the collector's edition of Mass Effect 3. My problem is that I accidentally cancelled the download of the collector's edition DLC pack when the download started and now I can't access it and I can't find where I can download it. Any ideas about where to find it?

Check your download history. It will be there. Then you can redownload it.

i put in my code but i didn't get the Normandy Prop for my XBL Avatar can someone help me

I'm pretty sure the Normandy prop is a different code. Should be another "flyer" in the game box with the Normandy prop code on it.

I have almost the same problem. Except I cancelled the download before it even started (dumb move on my part) and now it isn't in my download history.
