I just spent an hour chatting with an EA rep. It took all that time just to register my game and now I STILL cannot download the Collectors Edition Soundtrack. Any help here?

Ha, the EA rep didn't help me for sh** last night from the Live Chat this early morning, but alas I can't download the soundtrack either at this time cuz nothing is showing in the resistered game content, and I have the N7 edition. I couldn't even register my game last night, so I went to bed and now tried again and it worked. But still no soundtrack...

EA reps are fun. Haven't really talked to one until today when I had trouble registering the game. He kept telling me all these new codes for online pass but I kept saying "Dude, my online pass is okay, it's BSN that's acting weird." And then he asked what's BSN.

I think i might be an issue affecting some ps3 users. Where did you get yours? I ordered mine off of Amazon.

I was on the phone with EA help, which is generally much better than the live chat feature. The guy was being very helpful with this issue, put me on hold so he could look at some stuff, and then the call disconnected...now I am sitting here waiting to get back in touch with them so I can explain this issue for the 4th time....getting very old.

Screwed me over as well. Bought PS3 C.E. of ME3. Talked to 2 reps, and no help, really. Gave me a bunch of links, and then said they'd send my issue to the "higher ups". We'll see if it gets fixed..

My ME3 registration wont come up as the N7 Collector's edition either. So I can't get the soundtrack. Been working on it for an hour...

I got lucky with mine today as he was cool and knew what he was doing. The Collector's Edition Online Pass and all the DLC wouldn't start up and it had something to do with BF3 and the other games not patching correctly.

I spoke to EA support on the phone. The issue is widespread. They said that they are working with bioware on it. It was given a priority status, and they said they would contact via email in 2-3 days. I would call EA support (and by this i mean go to the website and get in the que for them to call you), and tell them what is happening, and they will add you to the list.

Okay glad to see I am not the only one I racked my brain going all over the place and searching to see if I could fix the problem myself. Guess it appears to be an internal issue.

Same, my soundtrack isn't showing up, nor is any of the other registered content with the Collector's Edition. Pretty upset.

Just got off the phone with EA tech support. They said it's the Bioware Social Network updating incorrectly, and gave me the number for the star wars game... Now i'm back on the phone waiting for EA again...Anyone know where the brick wall is so I can yell at it?

I have to say the last hour or so running around the same questions with EA support suck.. it took me 2 minutes to find this thread and find out what is going on..... really... was that so hard. I am also not able to see any of my registered content ether.... shocker.

I have the collectors edition content in game but i dont have anything under registered content nor do i have the album. I had trouble trying to register my game but managed to figure that jazz out.

How do we get them to register it? I can get online and play so it had to have registered! Wheres my sountrack? bummer. EA chat is useless.

They also told me the online pass code wasn't for a collectors edition and that was the reason for me to contact the store where I bought this from. They didn't seem to care about the fact that all the other bonus content worked that only comes from the collectors edition. Or the fact that this was a brand new sealed game.
So in short, offered no help, felt like I was called a liar, and then they disconnected me. Way to make me want to buy or support EA or Bioware games.
