I'm having the issue too and I have the PS3 CE. Any Xbox versions effected?

Personally, I think one should never use the live chat feature. That thing is a nightmare. The phone works a bit better. If you jump through the right hoops they will take your issue seriously. From the sound of things, they know the issue is widespread, and they are working on a way to fix it. I was told I would receive an email in 2-3 days explaining everything and (hopefully) offering a fix. I will post here whatever I find out.

I just got offline with an EA adviser who told me it was Best Buy's problem. I told him that Best Buy had no idea what I was talking about. The online tech told me that there was nothing that he could do and that if I continued to talk to him then he would end the chat. I informed him that I was able to get my exclusive DLC but not the soundtrack. He said, have a nice day and then ended the chat. What gives? Where is good customer service?

I just had a good experience with the live chat and can now download the soundtrack!
Some reps sound awful though.

I'm pretty sure the damn thing is automated.  Don't take this racially, but I was talking to someone named Pardeep.  With that name, it reminds of the Peggy comericals for Captial One.  I was probably talking to someone in no way affiliated with Bioware/EA.

Anyway, the phone worked much better.  All my DLC works but the Soundtrack DL.  They said it's because I have two copies of the game registered, but that still doesn't seem to be the case.

Agreed.  The Live chat was useless and the phone ended up working much better.  ON the live chat, I think I was talking to someone named Pardeep.  Peggy Capital One commercials anyone?   Anyway, they were not useful.

The guy on the phone was awesome.  Some of you may know by now that I was lucky enough to get one of the space editions. He thought my problem with the Soundtrack may be due to the fact that I had two copies of the game registered.  Even if that was the case, my CE code still went through and all the DLC showed up in my second playthrough.  So, It's not the fact that I have two copies seeing as everyone else is having the same problem.

Hope they resolved.  I just downloaded a torrent of it.  I don't feel bad since I technically paid for it.

On their end. Dunno what, but after changing something it showed up for me. And it barely took five minutes.

i had to chat with india to get access. they asked for my EA/origin/bioware id and PSN ID (which are the same) and somehow the soundtrack (for all platforms) is listed. Downloading the soundtrack now.

I finally got my copy. I logged into the customer service, left my phone number and a great rep named, Tyler helped me out and apologized for the trouble. I did have to send a photo of my receipt and my Collector's case just to be on the safe side. Great service.

I finally got in touch with the guy who was helpful with me yesterday and he finally just upgraded me to something like an entitlement account where I finally had access to the Soundtrack and everything else that came with the CE. He was really helpful.

I talked with a different guy earlier today who was absolutely useless. I'm an IT consultant and he tried to tell me because I was running OSX, I didn't have access which was completely insulting. He told me download all the new service pack for my virtual windows machine. IN IT DUDE! Totally insulting. I was on the phone with him for an hour and asked for a manager. Finally he knew I wouldn't budge and gave me a Collectors Edition Online Pass Code that worked, but still didn't give me access to the ST.

Anyway, The guy who helped me both yesterday and today after insulting guy was awesome. Definitely stick to your guns with tech support.

I finally got thru in chat and they did something on their end to unlock the soundtrack for me. I would suggest chat, as it worked for me, and I have seen that others have had similar success...

just got off the EA chat with Tania, after a half hour wait this is what i typed first,

"Hi, as I am sure you have been hearing all day, I have the N7 Collector's Edition of Mass Effect 3 for PS3 and i am unable to download the Official soundtrack from the website. I have been able to download the from ashes DLC as well as all the weapons and my Normandy dog, and I have been able to play online(last game was 10 min. ago), but i still cant download the sountrack. I hae gone to the help page on origins but nothing is working, can you help?"

then she asked for my PSN id and told me to wait a few min. then after like 5 min she told me to log out and log back in to the BSN and went to teh "your registered game content" on the left side bar and the soundtrack showed up under the "pc" platform but whatever it worked and I'm downloading it now.

grand total of about 45 min, 7 chat messages between us both and i got my soundtrack
