 Hey, I purchased the N7 edition of ME3.  Now, I redeemed my Collectors Edition online pass via the dashboard 'redeem code' option, and when I booted up ME3 all seemed fine, online pass activated, etc.
HOWEVER

When I try to download the ME3 soundtrack, it says I am not a Collectors Edition owner.

Was I supposed to redeem the code via the game, or what?

Hmm. I can now access the soundtrack, though I am unsure of the other in-game content as of now.

I have the same issue, i already log to my EA account in the game and played around an 10 m and then came back to see if there's the option to download it but the same message show up.

For the soundtrack, you need to fire up the game on your console and make sure you connect to the EA servers with the same account you use here. Then come back to this site and register your game. It detect that youve logged on to the game via your console automatically. Then the soundtrack will should show up.

For the other CE stuff, redeem all the codes that came with your game (except online access) in Marketplace> Redeem code

I put my collector edition codes in and I got everything but the xbox live avatar normandy prop someone please help

Here's a question: I have two online passes. One from GameStop, and one from Origin. Do I need to enter both of them in the redeem code section?

I can't find a way to verify If i have the CE item dlc stuff or not... I haven't found anything in my registered game content.
Can anyone verify where to find your CE items including the armor,outfits,gear, robot dog, etc?

The CE stuff (once downloaded) will all be in one file on your hard drive, if you look under your storage options, hard drive, games, ME3.. I forget what the file is called, I think something like Collector's Edition Content or something.

The Gamestop code isn't an online pass, at least mine wasn't. It was some weapons and the N7 Warfare armor.

The soundtrack isn't showing up for me either. I played for about five hours after downloading everything, and then I registered on here and the soundtrack is not showing up. Any ideas?

I have access to all the content promised (CE stuff comes with online pass activation, have Normandy prop, can access the soundtrack download, etc), yet for the life of me I can't seem to get access to the badges and portraits we were promised here. Anyone figured that out yet?

Edit: Ok working now, not sure if this did it but you guys could try it - dashbord your 360 and Logout on here, than start up ME3, wait for it to load up the main menu and connect to EA, than login on here. I did that and it showed up for me.

could be what fixed it or it could just be my timeing, not sure.

i have gotten a code whit my me3 CE and it says when i redeam it: Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly. i have typed in the same code 10000 times now and it wount registrate, hwy?

Same.. I was looking about though yesterday and clicked register game and wasn't prompted for a code.
Do I have to unregister and re-register with a code?

Sometimes it takes the brain a while realise the hand picked up a mug with BSN... so registered game content can take a while

Same here. Others have the CE owner portraits, but I don't have access to them. Only regular ME3 owner portraits show up.

The code for the prop is on the back of your 2day xbox live paper thing in your game box.

I had the same issues as a lot of folks here, then I pulled my head out of my rear and took a second look at the code papers, the code for the SR2 prop is on the back of the two day online pass, the other two are on the same side of the sheet w/the advert for Amalur up top and lower. Ha ha oh self.

Same thing here Kabraxal all of my CE content shows up ingame but it doesnt say it isnt registered at all on here. I just want my soundtrack!!!. Whoever thought it was a great idea to link CE items with an online pass code needs smacked around.
