Same thing. Have the Collector's Edition, no soundtrack...

The only ME3 content that shows up on my registered game content page is the Chakram Launcher and Reckoner-Knight from the Kingdoms of Amalur demo, yet all the redeemed DLC that came with the CE is active in the game itself.

Ditto that for me.
I'm using everything in game and I'm playing multiplayer but on here 'From ashes' is the only that's shown up. and it's not even finished downloading on my PS3 yet.

I also have the collector's edition but no soundtrack I per-ordered through Amazon and I got everything else.

This is the problem I've been having, I got the Collector's Edition, online pass, registered, and all that. BUt when I go to download the soundtrack it tells me I don't own a Collector's Edition, which is odd because I'm perfectly aware that I do own it.

I even tried installing the Collectors Edition "download" again the 58MB one.

starting to think that the "collector's edition" is just a pun and they harvested my money leaving my wallet an empty husk.....

in all seriousness though, this is especially annoying because i got everything else to work in the game, all dlc, weapons multi-player etc... but no soundtrack. plan to contact them this afternoon if i get no response off to the torrent world i go, never to purchase a collectors edition from ea again.

Try Customer Support. That's how I was eventually able to download it.

I love the ME2 soundtrack, and honestly the soundtrack for ME3 being included in the CE was one of the main motivating factors in me getting the CE.  I really hope they are 1. Aware of this issue, and 2. We get a fix soon.

i have looked at a bunch of the ps3 threads about this here and it seems to me that there is a problem with the code and most people are experiancing the same thing,1. the game registers with no indication that it is a CE and not a standared edition, 2. the only thing that shows up in the "your registered content" section is the from ashes DLC. EA seems very concerened that they cant prove if you have the CE or Standard version so they are hesistant to clear anyone to DL it, which inturn will ****** off people leaving an already sour EA support downright awful to deal with. i too hope they are aware of this issue bc it seems to be hapening to 95% of the ps3 users leaving me to believe they should be scratching there heads wondering why 95% of the ps3 CE arent still sitting on the shelf leaving them to draw the conclusion that there is a problem...

supposed to be here, ps3 users are having issues with no real solution othere than deal with EA support(at your own risk)

I e-mailed them a description of the problem. And they sent back a message saying the exact same thing as their Help section of their site. Even after I explained how I tried everything on that page and it didn't help...

They're already getting an earful. But so far it hasn't changed anything

Yeah same with me I have reading and trying everything minus live chat to resolve it.. guess I can sit as number 100009988978778766 in line waiting to talk to a customer support agent.

It took me almost an hour just to find how to contact them. Just to find that the option to call was "currently unavailable". And I can't live chat either...
