i was able to get the soundtrack by chatting with customer support and it now shows up in my registered content with from ashes and the amular stuff....

however i do not see anything there for my online pass. should this be there and does it even matter? as far as i know i can access the multiplayer in the game anyways...what purpose does it serve to have the online pass appear in your registered content?

Just chatted with an EA rep (Anurag K) and everything was sorted out for me. I got my soundtrack, and the person was VERY polite/patient. I hope you guys run into this person, he/she will help you out so fast.

Edit: The soundtrack will be listed as PC/MAC, but it doesn't matter, it will work regardless.

I'd like to know this too, and how does YOUR entitlement page looks when all thats suppose to be there with N7 CE is registered, online pass, n7 ce, more, more?

You should be able redownload it on diffrent pc's

Well I redeemed my codes for the DLC content and the Online Pass for my Soundtrack through PSN and downloaded when I needed to download. Yet this site says I dont have the N7 edition, even though I'm looking at it right now lol. I opened a case and said that I redeemed them through psn and that Id like my content. I got a response telling me to redeem my codes through account management > redeem codes. Lol nice cut and paste response?? The one time I buy a "Collectors edition" of something lol. Never again.

Just an update: spoke with an EA rep just now on the phone (I think he said his name was Ryan? Could be wrong). He acknowledged that EA/Bioware is aware of the issue and is working on a fix. Apparently now their policy (coming from the higher ups he spoke to while I was on hold) is to wait as Bioware fixes the issue entirely instead of unlocking people's soundtrack access on a case by case basis (as some lucky people posting earlier in this thread had done for them). So he basically said wait and watch the forums for the fix to be announced, and once it is that should be it. I got him to give me a case number so that in the event a fix is issued and I'm still having problems I can refer back to our conversation. He says that the main problem is that people's CE's are registering on their servers as regular editions, even though all their in-game content is there and the From Ashes code is clearly from a CE.

It does help. I figured that was the case. The team is working on a fix, and in the meantime, we get a cold shoulder. It's like they don't want to deal with the influx of anger. Lol. I'm not a dev, so I cannot talk bad. Also, I do like EA and their games ( dead space  ) but in all honesty, I'm more upset that this killed the excitement of ME3's release.

Sorry just saw this topic, I am having the same issue. Everything in-game unlocked but a few things including the soundtrack, aren't showing up on the website.

It's working now, go up to the games tab on the top bar and select ME3 then go down to soundtrack.

got my soundtrack to finally work just i cant get the album artwork to appear on my itunes, nothing big, does anybody else have this problem?

Just confirming that it seems to be fixed now. Got my soundtrack and it's also showing the Argus and other stuff that it wasn't showing before.

I think they need to add the option to download this for Itunes, Hey Awesome Idea why don't they allow us to link our bioware accounts with itunes so that we can download it that way without any problems. aside from that it's a great soundtrack great work guy's

Yeah I got to download my copy of the soundtrack I just went to games - mass effect 3 - soundtrack and mine was there I don't know if this would help but yeah just in case :]

I think the 1.02 patch fixed people's ability to download the soundtrack, because all of my content is showing up in the registered game content tab, and I can FINALLY download the soundtrack.
