I just got my copy of the CE of ME3 and the paper that says "Activate your collector's edition content" doesn't work on social.bioware redeem code.

Try it on Origin
Click the cog icon and go to redeem product code.

I had to log out and back in after it downloaded the DLC.  Then I got the ingame email for the mission.

I think this post deserves a bump.  Thanks for the advice there!  I was getting annoyed that my code wasn't registering correctly.

Guys I need help. I entered my N7 collector's edition code on Origin and all I got was the option to download the game, Soundtrack and N7 Collector's Edition Materials though I have no idea what this includes. Where is From the Ashes DLC??? Please if someone frm Bioware could answer it would be much appreciated. There was only 1 code in the box. I am in UK by the way
