I'd wait till midnight just in case PSN is running behind. If that does not work, then you will probably have to contact someone. I assume it came sealed ?

I called EA and they helped me clear it up. I'd suggest doing the same.

I had the same problem. talk to tech support at help.ea.com. Open up a chat and tell them your problem, they'll figure it out.
Alternate method:
This worked for me but i'm not sure it will work for everyone:
PS3 Users:
Create a PlayStation® Network account (or log in using an existing PlayStation® Network account).
From the PlayStation® Network icon on the XMB, select Account Management.
Select the "Redeem Codes" option.
Enter the code above and follow instructions to download
Alternate method:
This worked for me but i'm not sure it will work for everyone:

From the PlayStation® Network icon on the XMB, select Account Management.
Select the "Redeem Codes" option.

It has nothing to do with the game, it's related to your other games like BF3, Madden, etc. The guy I talked to said it was an error in the patching.

Not sure what can do accept ask you to make sure code putting in is right, I argued with friend of mine for over hour about codes before. Eventually I gave up and said just show me the code, turned out all the moaning was over fact she kept putting a C instead of G because she did not notice was a G yet swore blind she was putting in right code all the time.
That was a ME2 code. So try putting in codes with any letter/number that could be more than one thing try the other C/G 2/Z 5/S 0/O 1/I etc you get the idea... Failing that only ones who can really help are EA so I would speak to them again. I doubt Gamestop gave you a used code if the box was still in wrapping and such.

Something lke this happened to me, I redeemed the online code, then from ashes, then it said I did'nt have online pass, so I tryed again and it said code was invalid. I powered off came back and it was all good. Have you tryed restarting?
