Not sure what you expect Bioware to do about it, only one's who can help really is EA I think.

You could try giving EA proof of purchase of the title plus taking photo or photocopy of the code leaflet and attach/send them such might get better results. At least they will be able to tell you if code is already used or if the code simply is a printing error. But you will probably have to show them the code in/on the leaflet itself rather than just telling them what code you have over the phone but you could also try that. First step is find out if code is printing error or if already used only way to do that is through EA by showing them the code (as photocopy would be best and most productive way if want response).

I really don't think there's anything anyone here can do to help you dude. You should contact whoever you purchased the game from and explain the problem and get a refund or exchange for a new game with a new code.

Check the leaflet that came with our game. It should have the phone number of EA Tech Suppory. Call them, and they should be able to help you with the problem.

Alternatively, PM a Mod if you want their comment. Not sure if they can help you though.

not gonna happen in here. firstly you need the TECH forums, secondly it's an EA issue, in that EA deal with aftercare for games, NOT the developers.

I would suggest going to Gamestop and telling them about this issue. If you show them your receipt and your invalid code I'm sure they'll give you a new pass.

I did exactly that and They refused to give me a Online Pass. They told me EA and/or Bioware should be able to just send me a new one.


Try contacting EA. If that doesn't work your only option is to buy the online pass on the PlayStation Network.

I had a similar problem with the online pass for PS3. I called EA customer care in my country and they advised me to send them through EA webpage a photo of my online pass sheet and my purchase ticket (to veryfy that I indeed had bought a CE with an online pass). I did so and they sent me a new and valid pass in less than 24 hours....in fact like 12 hours.
I do not think that Bioware or a mod can help you out with this IMO you have to request to EA.

happened to me on me2 pc. I went on ea support forum...they asked me to send a picture of the serial number...then they sent me a new code...in 5 minutes

i hope you're not just trolling - trying to spark more controversies against Bioware. just to clarify, i am in no way defending Bioware in any matter but i'm just saying. And like everybody else has said multiple times in this thread: Bioware has nothing to do with the online passes - it's EA.

so i suggest either call EA support and demand for an online pass since you already paid for it

or

call Gamestop if they can do anything for you (maybe replace your game with another one that has a working online pass?)

***edit: and yes, i'd be reeeeaaallly pissed off if that happened to me so i'd probably wont be too nice on the costumer support - so please dont get the idea that i'm pushing that you're only trolling.

having the same problem, bioware is proving useless and so is the ea help desk, now i have to buy an online pass from psn because these wonderfull game makers dont know how to make sure their own promos work... thanks EA thanks bioware. il remember to buy from Blizzard next time.
