You could try giving EA proof of purchase of the title plus taking photo or photocopy of the code leaflet and attach/send them such might get better results. At least they will be able to tell you if code is already used or if the code simply is a printing error. But you will probably have to show them the code in/on the leaflet itself rather than just telling them what code you have over the phone but you could also try that. First step is find out if code is printing error or if already used only way to do that is through EA by showing them the code (as photocopy would be best and most productive way if want response).

Check the leaflet that came with our game. It should have the phone number of EA Tech Suppory. Call them, and they should be able to help you with the problem.

I would suggest going to Gamestop and telling them about this issue. If you show them your receipt and your invalid code I'm sure they'll give you a new pass.
Try contacting EA. If that doesn't work your only option is to buy the online pass on the PlayStation Network.

I do not think that Bioware or a mod can help you out with this IMO you have to request to EA.

i hope you're not just trolling - trying to spark more controversies against Bioware. just to clarify, i am in no way defending Bioware in any matter but i'm just saying. And like everybody else has said multiple times in this thread: Bioware has nothing to do with the online passes - it's EA.
so i suggest either call EA support and demand for an online pass since you already paid for it
or
call Gamestop if they can do anything for you (maybe replace your game with another one that has a working online pass?)
***edit: and yes, i'd be reeeeaaallly pissed off if that happened to me so i'd probably wont be too nice on the costumer support - so please dont get the idea that i'm pushing that you're only trolling.
