This happened to me in ME2 and I am still not sure how it got solved. This is happening again but only with Mass Effect 3 Retail (not the demo). GPU temps are under 62C on load with watercooling. This only happens in ME3 and not while playing videos or any other games such as TRIBES, TERA, Battlefield 3, SWTOR, etc.
I am getting graphical artifacts when trying to play the game and/or create a character.
Video Card: EVGA GTX 580 (not overclocked)
CPU: i7-2700k (overclocked to 4.6GHZ)
Mobo: ASRock Extreme 7 Gen 3
RAM: 16GB DDR G.Skill
PSU: Corsair 1050

Things I have tried already
- Uninstalled NVidia Driver R295.73. (RevoUninstaller / Driversweeper)
- Reinstalled NVidia Driver R295.73.
- Downgraded to NVidia Driver R295.51.
- Uninstalled the game (from Origin).
- Reinstalled the game (from Origin).
- Updated DirectX.
- Shut off system to pull card out then put it back in.
- Ran Memtest and Furmark for the heck of it. Everything golden.
So kind of at a loss on what I can do next. Will try the driver again shortly.
