Earlier today my multiplayer sort of reset. I still have my class levels, but all character, weapons, and weapon mod unlocks have reset. I think my equipment unlocks also reset. Normally I wouldn't care, since it's still Day 1 for most, 2 for some, but I bought a couple Spectre Packs with bioware points. So I'm a little concerned that even though it's just a couple bucks, I'd hate to have this happen in the future again. 

I contacted EA support, and they weren't able to do anything for me. The guy just told me to make a forum post about it.

Same here. My N7 level, character levels and credits were there, but everything else wasn't. Once I logged out of the one of my characters I couldn't get back to it cause it is locked again. Also told to go here.

I kept playing multiplayer, cause at the time I was at 98% readiness, so I really hope they don't reset everything. I don't know what they track, but if they can't give us the items/unlocks back then I hope they can reimburse the creds.

Yeap. Just barely happened to me. Just made another topic about it before seeing this one. More visibility I guess. This is a gigantic @#$%-up on their part. I always used to laugh at the people who said stuff like "I am never buying from _____ again!" But if they don't fix this, I'm quite literally never going to buy another EA/Bioware game again and encouraging everybody I know to do likewise.  Not a threat.  Just a fact.  Their releases have been getting increasingly broken and buggy.

Me too, just happened to me now, lose about 5 specter packs worth of stuff and a whole bunch of veteren packs
