I got the Collectors Edition at a Midnight Release last night, after dealing with several issues (Deletinig AVG altogether because it said ME3 was a virus, disabling my firewall to allow the game to run, and the game simply not booting up when launched), I finally managed to get the game running because of some stupid launch date thing with Origin. I got the robotic dog, the hoodie, the Prothean, the Alternate appearance packs, the Kingdoms of Amalur Armor, however, I did not get the extra armor set from pre ordering with Gamestop, the Valkyrie Assault Rifle, the Argus, or the arsenal pack. Paid my money like everyone else, where is my content? And yes I have updated the game over and over again to no avail.   Seems like I shouldn't have defended Bioware to all my friends after all.

Actually the pre-order bonus codes are to be sent to your email account from the store.

eg: Gamestop should send you the code for redeeming the items

For the pre-order weapons, the code for those should be at the bottom of the receipt.

I paid for my game weeks ago, is there any way to get a copy of the codes off my receipt? Or will I be able to find them in my e-mail?

Check the order number, it should have come in the email.

The Gamestop code that was printed on your receipt was only valid for 48 hours. It even stated as much on the receipt. If it's later than that period, I feel you are out of luck.

Additionally, I think if you have one of their rewards/membership cards, thats the only way to get another copy of your receipt. There might be a VERY slim chance that they could look it up by credit card number, but that's a long shot.
