I've just landed my copy today and so far I am more than PLEASED with the story and gameplay. This game sure has a better start than ME2, methinks: instead of going to some desolate colony, you go to MARS, and I enjoyed the hell out of that mission.
In effect, I'll be taking a hiatus from BSN (not that you see me around often anyways, but I'm the person who likes Top 5 Threads and the like) to play Mass Effect 3 in its entirety. The sheer depth of the gameplay, story, and lore is mind-boggling and surprising. Either way, I'll be preparing a review, and I'm sure many of you have the same issue in mind. So, stay tuned.
I won't be looking at this thread, but if you're the type who doesn't mind a little spoilers, feel free to post some highlights in your game (e.g. Person X killed Person Y? OMG!) or something like that. I'll take a look at this thread once I get back to get an overall feel of what the community's favorite moments are in this game and reflect on them in my review.
But for now, BBL...
