I'm in the same boat. I put in my online pass code. From Dust and the alternate appearances downloaded but not the N7 gear or the robot dog. In addition I can't play Galaxy at War. Who should we call about this? (other than ghostbusters)

I'm having the same problem. Was in chat with EA technical support and their response was "go to the forums" I said "I've been on the forums for two days now and no one on there is giving a way to fix it." Their response was to end the chat session that I had waited in line for for half an hour....

Anyone found anything to fix this?

Oh and I keep on getting the endless cycle of entering my password when I try to activate it on here. It keeps saying 'profile synced successfully", but when I click the galaxy at war link again, it takes my right back to 'activation' as well.

My Galaxy at War cannot connect to server. In game, at the game's main menu, it won't connect at all. And yes, I have the CE.

Im having the same problem as everyone else here but i can actually play multiplayer and when i check my map it says status offline. Also when i load the game up it says Load Failed Can not connect to server yet im connected to the EA server. Its really weird it needs to get fixed.

I think they have to do something on their end, not sure. I messaged him and he was able to fix it for me pretty quickly.

I was having the same problem. Then I went onto my Bioware Social Profile, selected the Game's tab and noticed that the 'Mass Effect 3 - Player Profiles' entry was there, but it wasn't activated. I selected the 'Activate Online Profiles' option, was prompted to put in my password. Then it seemed to activate the Galaxy at War stuff on this site. I've now just booted up the game and it's working fine as well.

The issue is a little technical but basically there is something missing in the Nucleus account everything is tied too that is needed by the game. When you guys message me I'm going in and manually adding it.

As J Wicker mentions it might work if you try activating your Mass Effect 3 profile here on Social. Here is a link for those of you who haven't done it yet, it should ask you for your password before it does anything:

That method won't always work so if not you can message me.

My Collector's edition content (weapons, armor, dog, etc) bugged, and now shows as 'incomplete' when viewing Mass Effect 3 content on my system, with only the option to delete. Attempting to redeem the code again only tells me that the code has already been used, and does not offer to redownload. Anyone else had/fixed this issue, or can point me where to redownload it? It is not an option in the game marketplace under mass effect 3.

Im also having the same problem and i alrdy message him twice as well with no luck. This is getting really frustrating with the galaxy at war statues being offline all the time. At least i can still play multiplayer games.
