That's cool man, sorry for rudeness. It's just that when you buy a game you kind of expect to be able to access all of it's features. I still have no Galaxy at War by the way.

Still having this problem, and I've had the game since Wednesday. My Online Pass is working, and I can play multiplayer without an issues, but the Galaxy at War map never loads. ;_;

I tried this link here from Bioware Social, and did the ME3 Game synch..hope fully it was a success.

Hey Revenge Live if you havent done so anything that you claim or buy from the marketplace or by code can be redownloaded without redeeming a code. To do so go to the Settings tab and click on Account the click on Download History. It should be under Game Purchase history on your Download history just go down to the item and click on it and redownload it. I hope this helps you.

Weird... I could not send a PM message to Jesse in Internet explorer but when I changed to Firefox and tried sending the message to him then it worked...

i sent him a PM i am having the same problem as everyone else the MP works fine but I can't get the damn map to load.

I have the same problem, i bought the Mass Effect 3 CE (Xbox 360), i have the n7 hoodie, the mechanichal dog and the N7 Wargear but in i can't download the Soundtrack and i don't have all of the armor i had unlocked in ME2...does someone has the same problem? does someone knows how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

I thought it was just me having this problem. It's funny though that it worked just fine all day yesterday and now it doesn't. Can't even use the multiplayer without it sending me back to the start screen.

I made the mistake of trying to get EA Tech support to do something. All they told me to do was erase my save games. NOT. Hopefully Jesse will sort it out eventually from my PM
