I dont understand why Bioware only has one single person resolving this issue. I am sure there are way more people that have this problem. To Jesses credit he is stepping up to the plate but as he said he is not a robot and is not online all the time.

Is there anyone else at Bioware that can help so Jesse is not the only person that can resolve this issue?

I too am having this issue, which is problematic in that it doesn't not simply affect online play, but the overall ending of the game. i understand multiplayer components change and have built in variability, however something that impacts the final, sold, and (supposedly) complete product is a much more significant issue. i personally have attempted to re-download the online pass as well as re-link my account, however it simply redirects me in an endless "enter password" loop. this is really going to affect my future interaction with ea specifically, and, more indirectly, bioware.


edit: i should also note that i had issues linking my BF3 account as well. it seemed at that time, as now, that the main problem is the EA/Origin account recognition of the xbox live access. also, i have full access to multiplayer games, have leveled characters, and do have access to my BF3 soldier class, so their is a working link between my gamertag and the bioware/ea registry, the problem is connecting to the specific galaxy at war section

Having the issue where the war map won't connect, all other multiplayer functionality works fine.

Having same issue here, I simply cannot get Galaxy at war to work. I have done everything Bioware advises but no luck. My accounts are all correct, I have synced everything but when I choose galaxy at war on my profile it just keeps asking for password.

Also having this problem(xbox360-N7 CE). It says connected to EA servers at the bottom of the screen, and I can play MP but there is no Galaxy at War Map-shows offline. Hopefully this can get worked out.

I have played several rounds of MP, so online works, but the galaxy at war map fails to load.
It remains red on startup, it remains offline when accessing it on the Normandy and I can't access it throuh this forum either... I tried all the linking and activating and registering etc, Nothing

XBox360 version btw ....

Other than that, awesome game .. Wish it'd work the full 100% though

yes i to am having all these issues it really is frustrating all my friends galactic readiness works but mine does not also im not gonna complete the story until this issue is fixed i fear it may complicate the ending

Definitely the same issue, and PM'ed Jesse also. I'm on xbox360, and the reason I play console games is to avoid this kind of rubbish. Really disappointing, and another headache presumably created by project 10 dollar.

Everyone start emailing, tweeting EA, Bioware, Casey Hudson asking about problem. More people ask them hopefully sooner they will respond. Also email IGN, Game informer etc asking them if they heard anything about it so maybe they can push EA Bioware to address issue. There seems to be a problem with the BSN syncing up to games despite saying so.

dang this problem is frustrating i think it has to do something with ea cause i logged in on my silver account on my xbox and the galactic readiness was working fine but my main account thats gold does not work what so ever i wish it gets fixed soon cause i cant beat the game with out it

I have the regular problem but also my galactic readiness has been at 50% since the beginning of the game and I'm past the Tuchanka mission (don't know if this is common or not). Looks like most instances are from the CE. What a way to reward us, eh? :L

Just sent Jesse a pm as well. I didn't really notice that my Galaxy at War map was offline. Until I got closer to the end game and noticed my readiness rating wasn't increasing. Despite playing several multiplayer matches and having two characters above level 15. I really hope there's a way to fix this issue.
