Send a pm to Jesse too. This is "bug" is killing my nerves. I'm hoping he can really help us. But i figured something out i guess. I think its a sync problem with the Bioware Social Network site and the Xbox 360/Microsoft sides. Because everytime i tried to activate Galaxy at War or clicked on it on the profil games page....the page needs my pw to verifiy than it says it worked but next time i clicked on it the circle begin again.

I put in my online pass code and downloaded the from ashes dlc, since then every time I start the game it says i need an online pass to acsess online functionality even though I have already used it! I tried re entering the code but it says another user has already used the code! JUST ANOTHER REASON ONLINE PASS AND DAY1 DLC IS BS. this is just pissing your fans off. I bought this game day 1 and cant play multiplayer I might as well have bought the copy second hand.

Thought I would help people out on this forum as I may know how to get this resolved with EA. Jessie is a bioware employee and while EA has the same tools they were not sure what he was doing to fix it. I had them look up the nucleus account of one of the people fixed and add the same priviledges that person had. This did not work so I created a new Orgin account and using the iphone game was able to link to the galaxy at war map. I then had the EA staff look at my nucleus account for the new account and they saw that my working account had a persona for Mass Effect 3. This persona was added and after rebooting my xbox everything worked fine. If you call them, suggest they do the following and you should be fixed:

Add nucleus privledges based on someone Jesse has fixed: I used terranoid. The following priviledges were ones they mentioned I was missing:
  • Acces priveledges - you get these when you install the origin software on your computer. It's similar to steam.

  • galaxy at war priveledges - seems obvious.

  • ME3 Persona ID - This was the thing that fixed it for me.
Sadly wait times to call EA are pretty bad and all told i spend 3 hours on Saturday on hold or working with a rep to get this resolved. Of course some of that was my fault because they had to fix my Orgin account because I used a bogus email when I first signed up and I did not know it would permanently link to my gamertag. Honestly as a support person myself EA is doing a really good job giving the circumstance but they just dont have all the resolutions yet.

Can anyone at Bioware help please? I messaged Jesse on Saturday, I figured it would not get done over the weekend. It's almost 12:00 EST monday and still no reply or resolution. Can Bioware let us know what is going on?

Same as TwistedRaider here. Sent a message but not got anywhere. Had the game 4 days now and haven't played any multiplayer yet because I'm guessing once it is linked up it's not going to backdate my readiness. get your arse in gear bioware/EA!

Well I haven't quite attained EDI level processing just yet. :)

I'm working on a page that will allow you to click a button to create the needed persona, the game team is still looking into the actual cause of the bug.

 I spent 800MP to get this ONLINE PASS, to get the ME-3 Soundtrack, but here ate socila.bioware, I receive the message that I don't own a Collectors Edition, so I don't get it, whay to buy the ONLINE PASS if you can't use it.

Jesse I dont want to hold you up because I am sure you have your hands full.. Are you responding via PM to let people know when they are fixed? I only ask because if you did fix me as an example but it is still not working, what do we do next?

In any case I have just been checking to see if I could see my achievements and the galaxy of war map on the website before i retry on my Xbox360 and those still do not work.

Not sure if you still are doing these manually or are we waiting for you to complete the page that we can fix ourselves?

I certainly appreciate all the hardwork your doing and I hope Bioware does as well.
