Having the same problem. I synced up my account following the earlier link provided, double checked ea site to make sure me3 showed up, and sent a message to Jesse. I had CE as well. I hope we don't lose anything after fix =(

Yeah, CE for me too. I just want to play the game the way I want to play it. I'm one of the biggest fans of the mass effect universe and to be constrained in the last game of the trilogy is heartbreaking. I hope Jesse can get it fixed soon.

I think it's both CE and standard edition. I have the latter and I have the same problem. I'm just curious as to why some people are affected and others aren't.

I got too excited and downloaded my promo code through the xbox live marketplace, now i can't get access to the multiplayer and when i tried to enter my passcode onto the EA online pass prompt in the game it says that the code has already been redeemed. Then i also didn't get any of the gear that my mass effect 2 character had, so not sure what is going on but any help would be appreciated

I don't know if it is the same problem, or not. I have regular edition, I've tried to apply the code that goes with it, the code was rejected. Since I am already have Gold XBox Live subscription, may be it is OK. However I cannot go to multiplayer, and Galaxy at War in game is not available. I used proposed workaround, and I can sync Datapad iOS game and Galaxy at War status displayed by social.bioware.com. I can also see all my XBox 360 achievements. The problem is, nothing of that affects XBOX 360 game itself.

For problems with the online pass you should contact EA customer support:

The fix linked to above is only if you are having problems with your galaxy map being offline.
