For the sound track, you should be able to click the more info link on your registared game page and download

Thank you, I've tried, but only received a formal answer, asking me to formulate the problem, which I already descibed in details, my receipt (which I am not even sure I kept), my credit car number (which I did not use), etc. :)

I have a general question though - why I am even asked about online code for temporary pass, when I have constant subscription to XBox LIve Gold? Small print under this code says that it is not for people having Gold Live membership? Is it FAD? Thanks again.

Just a simple thought, and it happened to me. Are your CE editions coming with 2 codes on the card?

I didn't even think about it when I put in my first code, and after getting on the phone with the tech at EA noticed a second code on the card. Put that in, and the online pass part worked.

I downloaded the codex app and it won't give me any messages from my game and I already beat the campaign also my galaxy at war map won't update

Never mind, Just figured out that the game goes with two different codes, looking exactly the same - Online Pass and 2 Day XBox Live Gold membership. Everything works now :)

I can only find 3 codes:

2-day gold membership

I have already got gold membership, should I enter in the 2-day gold membership anyway?

I have not yet received a reply from EA.

EDIT: The page that tells you to activate your online pass has 2 codes on it.
            1 at the top of the page (For DLC) and one in the middle (Which is the actual online pass).
            I feel like an idiot right now.

Had this problem from the start, several e-mails from EA support and still no joy. I don't think they know how to fix the problem or not enough people are having this problem/reporting it for them to be bothered to fix it.

Hello, can any one help me. I bought the standard edition of ME3 on launch day. I used the online pass so i could play online. I bought a collcector's edition yesterday put in all the codes and everything works fine. i used the online pass from the collector's edition so i can get the sound track, i am having trouble finding out how to retrieve the sound track. is the first online pass preventing the codes from the second online pass from giving me  the sound track

there are two codes. one at the top and one at the bottom. try the one on top, thats the actual code.

Hi Pal, thank's for the tip, but I already did this and nothing, it says that this isn't a Collectors edition code, and it is. So I'm frustrated.

Wouldn't activating/registering your game on BSN help? That was the first thing I did after I got my CE.

 so I'm having the galaxy map load failure and EA help pretty much said IDK we're passing this on to the next guy

I have tried EA with this problem and got the same shrug off. My Multiplayer will not sync with my single player game, my galaxy at war map won't update no matter how many promotions I advance. I even obtained another copy of ME3, and the same problem exists. Cannot get the map to update or change color...it's always red. Readiness is always 50%.

When I contacted EA for the 7th time they sent me an online pass code and it did not work. I am having the same issue since i first got the game.

I just got another game (didn't help), I even tried a different xbox 360. I can hook up to EA, at least it says I'm hooked up, but nothing is synced. I have tried contacting EA like nine times and I have gotten very little help. I finally, and painfully, took my game back to the retailer and got my money back. You cannot get Shepard to live, without the sync working correctly, so the game is flawed. They gave me my money back....ALL OF IT. Really not much of a victory...I really wanted to save the universe and Shepard. You would think EA/Bioware would be on this glitch right away...it's the whole purpose of the game!!!!
