how much of our War Assets (and EMS) carries over?
if all of it does...does it mean we will be able to recruit everyone in NG+, lose some alliances and still have 5000+ EMS?
To those running an NG+ already

I don't think any of the war assets carry over, except for the online ones.
The class and level along with attribute points carry over.
Also the bonus powers you've unlocked (but you know this).

Multiplayer promotions carry over, nothing else.
Oh, and all the guns/attachments carry over as well, so you can get 'em all to rank X.

None. Your promoted characters from multiplayer will apply themselves to the new game though.
