so i read this guy is supposed to sell one of the skill tomes, but what exactly do you need to do to get the tome to appear in his inventory? i assume siding with kolgrim up on the mountain, but do i have to not take a peek in to his back room when i first come to the village or what? or this stuff about him selling a tome total nonsense?
