I had a couple of questions regarding some of items in the game. So the Recon Hood is going to be my example, for the sake of arguement. According to the strategy guide that I have, it says that it's located in the Citadel, but will I be able to get the item since I don't have the ME2 dlc from Dr. Pepper? I only ask because I've notice that there is the Collecters Armor set in the game, and I don't have ME2 Collecters Edition.
So in all, I'm asking can you get Recon Hood / dlc items that you didn't get in ME2, during your playthrough ME3?
ps: where is the store located that has the Recon Hood anyway?

I'm pretty sure I picked it up during main mission, there will be specific area during quest which triggers after completing Tuchanka.
