Has anyone got the achievement for being 100% ready? Is there a 4th ending if you get this?
What exactly happens if you are? I thought I was, but to no avail, did not recieve the achievement.
100% Completion?

You mean
Isn't that just Galaxy of War percentage? What exactly happens is that your war assets are worth twice as much. You start off at 50%, it makes them worth 100%.Attain the highest level of readiness in each theater of war.
