Can't access online features

 I chose redeem code, then I wrote the code. I downloaded the pass and a message apoeared saying:Content installed. But when I pressed X, it went back to the same screen with the option to download it again. If I download it again or not, the code never activates. Am I doing anything wrong?

EA support number: 866-543-5435

I called EA support and they walked me through my issues. It took a while but your other games end up blocking it.

Try turning off your PS3, and logging back in. That's what helped for me. However, I can only access multiplayer, all my other CE content isn't showing up :\\
