 I got my Arsenal Pack, the Soundtrack, and my extra forum avatars. I haven't checked the Hoodie, Squad Alternate Appearence Pack, or Dog yet (I just played for an hour and had to leave home) but I may be missing those too. I'll check later tonight. 
But I did check my Avatar and no dice on the advertised Normandy prop.

Now for a similar problem: I got the achievements for both of the on-disk Avatar awards, they say they are unlocked when I check the awards, yet they are nowhere to be found when I try to put them on. Anyone else having this issue?

why doesnt Bioware make things clear and have all the codes on one form with clear instructions?   I remeber having all these same problems with Dragfon Age II promo items.

I spent 20 min searching to make sure I supposed to get it.
