I can't find her. Just got to the citadel for the first time and found ash and James, but can't find liara. Where is she?

Commons, go out the second exit (not the first) and follow the stairs down past the stores (stay to the right, she's leaning over the rail looking out over the citadel, opposite side of where you see Kaiden or Ash
