Reverse-engineered from the Cerberus Arc Projector, the Indra is a
prototype sniper-rifle that fires a path of ionized air, then
electrifies targets with a lightning bolt of electricity.  By first
piercing a target with a high-powered shot, the Indra weakens kinetic
shields and maximizes damage to electrical systems.

Yep, way more available now.

This is a fully auto sniper rifle. Its like the old Vindicator on steroids. Fun as hell.

After using it a couple missions its my new favorite go-to weapon. I no longer feel the need to carry an Assault Rifle when I have this which is nice for the weight. I can carry a heavy shotgun instead.

I agree. This weapon is incredible against everything. It rips shields to bits, and if you have ammo powers armor isn't going to be a problem either. I've just not bothered with anything else now playing as vanguard, except for a shotgun (AT12 for the win there). 

So worth the zero dollars I put into it. =P
