I have this problem in 2 and 3 to be honest. And for some reason only these games.
The one I am concerned about however is ME3.
My computer:
CPU: i7 920 quad
GPU: ASUS HD6950 2gig
RAM: 8 GIGS
620w Modular Powersupply
I am not sure what else may be relevant.
Basically I run the likes of Saints Row 3, MW3, BF3 all on max flawlessly, ME3 hangs consistently every few mins, the audio is out of sync in places. Sound ahead of lips moving.
I have turned the graphics all the way down, all the way up, resolution changes nothing. With and without motion blur. I have disabled origin ingame. Dual monitors, single monitor. Nothing seems to affect it. Drivers have been updated, rolled back, completely uninstalled and reupdated again. Even tried adjusting the audio frequency, and updating those drivers.
Any Ideas?

The sound being out of sync during cutscenes is normal I think. Do you notice the stuttering mostly in cutscenes? Like when the camera changes the viewpoint, it does a millisecond stutter?
If so, then I have the same issue. I think it has something to do with the Unreal engine and maybe with AMD cards.

Cutscenes, and regular gameplay. Jumps over gaps every time, panning around, and the odd just hangin for the hell of it. Maybe its when people talk for the times im not jumping or turning, but I haven't noticed a definite pattern.

Also when I say the sound is out of sync I mean REALLY out of sync, for example Joker said something, then got out of his chair and his mouth moved, probably a full second and a half late.

Same problem here , sound echos & flickers , i turned my graphics 3d setting low / minimum still the same problem
