if you are like me and you explore every new system that shows signs of assets and already found that planet the quest will already be completed right when you get it because of a bug so if you can't scan it talk to elcor again and it will be completed.

Yeah, this one required a google search. I'm not really sure why Bioware decided to be so vague in the journal entry as to where it is (and by vague, I mean, they didn't even give a single tip). There's only like, what, 200+ planets out there to search or something, right?
