I pre-ordered 'The Art of the Mass Effect Universe' from Barnes and Noble before the cut off date and recieved a promotional code for a "Collector Rifle" to be unlocked in Mass Effect 3. I recieved the email with the unlock code from B&N before the game came out, and added it to my Bioware 'Registered Game Content' (and as such, the book shows up there now under the "Registered Products" category at the bottom of the screen). I purchased my Mass Effect 3 collectors edition at midnight 3-6-12, and am unable to find my Collector Rifle in game. Is the rifle currently 'unreleased' and will be patched in later, or is there somwhere in game I should be looking or someone I should be talking to? If anyone knows I'd be quite appreciative, and thanks for taking the time.
(my Registered Game Content screen shows Dark Horse Art Book Pre-Orders but nothing under the Game, Platform, or Download columns)

No, the rifle is in-game. Note that it's a multiplayer-only weapon, not single-player. To redeem it, go into Multiplayer, then go to the store; you should be able to select a free Collector Rifle pack.

Ahh, I understand, I must have missed this information. Thanks soo much, I've been scartching my head walking all around the normandy looking for a terminal or something. Issue resolved.
