You get an e-mail from your vendor.

Doesn't matter when you ordered. It'll be sometime after launch for your region. There was speculation that you'd have to launch the game first, then you might get the e-mail.

That fits with my personal experience, but it could have been on its way anyway.

Ah okay, thanks for the answer, kinda weird that you get the DLC right away and not the extra weapons though...

I contacted Origin customer service, took about 20 mins to get the codes. Worked fine. The weapons aren't anything special, though. Really. I don't use the Argus at all, it's crap. Used Valk until I realized it was twice as heavy and nearly identical to the vindicator. Raider is alright for a vanguard I guess.. Really wasn't worth the 20 mins it took to get the codes in all honesty. And normally, I wouldn't say such a thing.

I always thought that for the US atleast, the Defender Armour was exclusive to Gamestop preorders.

I received it as an Origin pre-orderer. I think they decided that they weren't gonna penalize people for buying on their own venue. That'd be dumb, right?

Most European countries get the N7 Warfare gear for pre-ordering from Origin, in addition to the AT-12.

Well just contacted EA on the live chat, said they had some problems with the codes, so they weren't sent out yet, could take 3-4 days :/

How would this work for Europe as we don't have any vendor specific promotions here. You can pre-order it at any given retailer and it's upto them to have stock on the day or before. I already received my copy but can't get passed the activation check (says to wait till the 8th), others have ordered through other retailers and they have yet to receive their copies. If they receive their pre-order on the day or after launch, eventho they pre-orderd, then they can't get the items.

Nope no codes, and it may look like we won't get them for another 3-4 days...

It's listed as N7 Collector's Edition Materials but  I myself do not have the code for the Defender Armor or the Valkyrie rifle. I see the N7 Collector's Edition Materials listed under DLC and it says it's Installed but I have not yet recieved an e-mail pertaining to the Defender Armor and VR.

I just found out that I misread the wiki. I read it as the N7 Warfare pack was only received if you got it from EB Games (Didn't they go out of business?) in Australia (Standard Only) and Gamestop Spain (Collector and Standard). As it turns out, that was just the Argus. Not the Warfare pack.
I preordered Collector's Edition from US Gamestop. I haven't gotten my email yet. Now I can't stop obsessing because I really want the armor and gun. I've hear they're a bit suckish, but being a massive fan boy, I need to have them.

I know this is pretty late, but I preordered the collector's edition from an American Gamestop and I STILL don't know how to get the Warfare pack. To be honest, all I really want is the Valkyrie, the Argus is in Leviathan now and the armor looks a bit bulky for my tastes. I don't suppose anyone's figured this out in the last 7 months?

Its on the receipt. You know when you preorder and pick up the game you get a receipt for your purchase, the DLC code is printed on it. If you downloaded then I guess it would be in a email.

The Valkyrie is mediocre anyways. N7 means nothing on that weapon like the crusader and eagle. Go buy the Harrier pack or Typhoon pack.

You can always get around it with save editing, but remember to only alter the saves (gibbed's save editor works best i guess, beacause I can operate it and I'm pretty much technologically disabled) and not some other things, as it might affect the MP and get you a ban. That is on the PC. No idea about other platforms.

What sucks is the N7 Defender Armor can't be found or bought if you lived in the U.S., and I had pre-ordered the Digital Delux Edition through Origin.

So dumb, I hate when companies do that. What's funnier, the Collectors edition got shafted on the AT-12 Raider at launch as well.

The N7 Defender was a pre-order bonus from Gamestop.

You got the N7 Valkyrie from them too.

If you pre-ordered period you should have gotten the Argus Assault Rifle.

The Raider Shotgun was if you pre-ordered from EA.

Both the Raider and the Argus are in the Leviathan DLC.

The Valkyrie was in the Omega DLC.

N7 Defender was never put into the game.

^ Actually, the N7 Defender armor (like a lot of the preorder bonuses) exists in the game code already - in fact, you can even unlocked it in the game using the Gibbed save editor.

Oh. I'm not on the PC so I never pay any attention to all that sabe editor/hacking/whatever stuff.
