 Obviously this is pretty late, but I didn't want to play ME3 without getting back together with Liara.

The issue is that now Shepard's cabin won't load, even in files where I haven't played the mission yet.  It looks like it's loading, but Task Manager lists it as Not Responding.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the DLC to no avail.  Do any of you guys have this?  Can anyone help me out?

My specs are: 
Windows 7 64 bit
Intel i7-2600k 3.4GHz Quad Core
16 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560
DirectX 10

Unless you have steam game, then I would try a complete reinstall of the game.
Steam gets to Verify cache integrity.
