What you need
Saved the Queen in ME1
Loyal Grunt in ME2
Outcome if you save the Rachni Queen in ME3
 Grunt +25 War Asset
 Aralakh Company +50 War Asset
Rachni Warriors support +100 War Asset
for whatever bs people talk about Rachni Queen betraying you regardless of whatever you did in ME1 she still does that is false, only if you didn't save her in ME1 and saved her in ME3 she will betray you

Pff. I said screw that. Last thing we need is her getting indoctrinated in the heat of the war again. No lose ends! Even though I know that doesn't happen, my Shep was pretty pissed she had to even go deal with that nonsense in the first place.

As I said if you saved her in ME1 she won't betray you
and yes you get all that if you meet the requirements in the original post
