Can someone kindly tell me how Wrex can be killed in ME3? Or show a video of it?

It has to do with the Genophage and you choose between Wrex and Mordin. It will be a clear choice from what I understand. Both cannot live.

If you don't allow Mordin to fix the sabotage at the Shroud, and hence don't allow the genophage to be cured, Wrex eventually finds out. It happens much later in the game, after Rannoch. After visiting the Citadel and then attempting to board the Normandy again, Wrex will confront you with a recording between Shepard and the Salarian Dalatrass. You get an "intimidate" option but it doesn't matter. Wrex pulls out his shotgun and starts shooting. If you use the Renegade Interrupt, Shepard shoots Wrex, eventually blowing him off the ledge by the docks. If you don't, Bailey and a CSec officer kill him. You lose Wrex.s support in War Assets.

So if you go this route, not only do you shoot Mordin in the back, you eventually have to kill Wrex as well. High price to pay for Salarian support.

And it doesn't seem worth it tbh. Krogan full paragon seems to be 800-900 points in comparision to the paltry 200-300 the salarians give.

You not only lose Wrex as support, by the way, he also takes "Krogan Mercenaries" (which you only get with Wrex alive with a real cure) and "Clan Urdnot" away with him, which is a HUGE hit to your EMS score. That just leaves you with Krogan Clans, Krogan 1st Division, Aralakh Company, and possibly Grunt if he lived.

This means if Wrex is alive, it's much better to cure the genophage. If you really want to sabotage the genophage, do it on playthroughs where Wreav is the leader instead, since Wreav never discovers the deception so you still get Clan Urdnot 300 score, and in Wreav playthroughs it's actually better to sabotage the genophage cure since Wreav can't give you the extra 75 Krogan Mercenaries score while supporting the salarians gives you the extra Salarian 1st Fleet 110 score.

In summary: If you killed Wrex, it's better to sabotage the cure. If Wrex is alive, it's better to fix the sabotage.
