Trouble validting my pre-order codes

I pre-ordered my game at Gamestop and every code was working fine up until I tried my N7 Warfare gear. When I tried it on Bioware it said it was already in use and Origin just tells me it's invalid.

Yeah, a lot of us have been having this problem. And we have no idea who to talk to about it.
