For me two stand out.

1. You can save at the push of one button at pretty much any time.

2. I love the new casual outfit of the L7 leather sports coat+blue jeans. He looks like a modern GQ type. What's even cooler is you get to wear it on the Citadel so it's a bit more realistic than always having to put on full armor for a simple errand.

Loading screens don't take a billion hours. Although I wish the elevators worked as elevators, instead of black loading screens :/
