EDIT 3/24/12: I eventually got this working by entering my registration code using the "Reedeem product code" option under the Origin menu (It's the little gear near the top right corner). I might have brought this problem on myself by entering my regisration code on a webiste that wasn't origin. once it was correctly entered on origin it began working properly.
One other solution that was proposed (but didn't work for me, you might have more luck with it) was if you have ME2 installed as well, to uninstall both games and run a registry cleaner to clear you PC's registry files of any ME2 entries. Then reinstall ME3 and try it again. As I mentioned this didn't work for me but you might have some luck with it if nothing else works.

Original Post: Sorry to post this here, but for some reason the site isn't recognizing that I have registered my game and I can't post in the PC help section.

"You Have Entered an Invalid Cerberus Code. Please check your entry and try again."

I get this message when I try to run the game. The only option in the window is an "ok" button, which when I press it simply refreshes the same message. I don't even know what this means, and there isn't anything I can do about it since it's triggered automatically and there isn't anyway to navigate away from the screen without opening task manager and ending the task.

I just want to play the damn game already. I've already had to jump through hoops for hours to get the damn thing to register on Origin since all I got was a blank screen when it would prompt me for my code.

This is seriously making me reconsider ever buying an EA/Bioware game again. I was very excited for this game and played the bejesus out of the demo, but the piles or problems I've been having getting this game to even work are simply ridiculous, and Origin so far has been nothing but a pain.

I thought Cerberus Codes were only for ME 2.

It has something to do with ME 2 registry issues. Uninstall the game (leaving the saves) and use something like CCleaner to scrub your registries.

I actually have a solution. So I went into Origin and copied the code under the information tab and went back to redeem code and put my code back in there and clicked next. It redeemed successfully. Then I was able to go to register my games and register my copy of ME3 for PC. It added the ME3 Online pass under my registered game content. Let me know if this helps.

I have the same problem and this is an install on a fresh system which never had ME2.
It's probably an error with bioware socialnetwork.  I can't even register my PC copy of the game here while i have it installed on my computer along with DLC.

I also suffer from the "You Have Entered an Invalid Cerberus Code. Please check your entry and try again." so I can't play the game since if I click ok the message just pop up again. I have tried with the live support chat, but no luck... I cant even register the game to my bioware account since I cant even reach the menu ingame.

Ok, I just got my game fixed by re redeeming my Mass Effect 3 serial via Origin again. For some reasons it didnt work properly the first time.. It got added to my origin and I downloaded and installed the game, but it seems something still went wrong.

SO, try and re redeem the serial in Origins.

I have the same problem, and registering through Origin didn't help me..I can play in offline mode, but I can't verify the free stuff like the argus and n7 arsenal gear. and when I go online, that message regarding the Cerberus Code appears...isn't there any available solutions yet?? thank you very much.

WOW it worked, no uninstall needed. LOVE YOU DENGLADE! I redeemed it thru EA, while it automatically added to Origin, I guess the process thru Origin activation was incomplete, so I couldnt even add the game to my registered here on BioWare site, now reredeeming added "online pass" for ME3 as my registered games, so I could register ME3 PC as my game and it worked. And now I can play, no Invalid Cerberus Code anymore.. Thank you

The issue is quite simple - BioWare and EA sometimes don't sync up and the result is - you see your game activated, but the BioWare/EA servers don't know that. The only solution is to Redeem the Code again or if its giving your the error of "Already used" you should contact support and manually remove and re-add your game. There's absolutely nothing you can do if you can't Redeem your code again.

How do you re-redeem your code? I reinstalled the game, thinking that had the same effect, but it didn't.

But how do you re-enter the code? I see that NemesisSK says that he didn't had to uninstall ME3 to reredeem the code. I tried to just Redeem Productcode, but Origin said that the code was already in use (by me). So I guess that you would have to remove the code out of Origin, and than redeem is. But how do you remove the code?

I also tried to add the game to My Games on Bioware.com, but it said that my ownership wasn't detected.

Are you redeeming through the program Origin or via the website? I got it working be entering my code again in the Origin program.
