I redeemed the code through Origin, and when I try to re-enter the code Origin says the code is already in use (it is, by my). Then I tried to use to add ME3 through My Games on this site, but that gave me the message that my ownership wasn't detected.

Need... to... vent...!
Going through exactly the same thing you are at the moment, and on top of that my Origin client's "Redeem Product Code" keeps refusing to connect... hah! Just as I was typing this I decided to try again and it worked! Now for the big test, seeing if that Cerberus Code error is gone... yep, finally got it working after several contacts with EA support and numerous battles with Origin! (suddenly I see why someone I know is so vocal about his despise of the thing :P)

Well i got the same problem here. Just entered my key in Origin, installed and getting the same message. Re-Redeeming wont work for me since it says the Code is allready in use. Also EA-Support is not giving any help at all.They told me to reinstall the game... O.o yeah right that didnt work.

I got it fixed! I contacted EA through the livechat (htttps//help.ea.com/connect-with-us -> Technical Support) and they got it fixed. First they tried to get the original code re-redeemd. That didn't work, so they told me how to remove ME3 and Origin and gave me another, working code.

I am now having this same issue.... Why is Origin so garbage.... now I see why so many people pirate games.....

I guess I am out of luck until later today.....

So, how'd you guys get it working? I've contacted support 2 times already, maybe 3. Nothing worked.

You have to demend a new code. Your old one will not work anymore (unless you are lucky) so you need a new one.

Hi i got the same issue whit my copy(PC standard edition)! After two weeks of mail back and forward whit the Support they gave me a new code, i reinstalled the game and redemed the new code... i still get the same issue and it still registers as a Xbox 360 version of ME3 on this site!
