How are these people still in the game selling business. Is this common knowledge that Buy.com sucks for game releases and I just didn't know about it?

I pre-ordered the N7 edition from Buy.com (At the beginning of February - Amazon was already sold out) and paid $20 extra for next day shipping, and noticed today my order still has not shipped. I just got off the phone with customer service. They said they will "try" to get it shipped in the next 24 to 48 hours!!!!! In talking with them, they definitely were thinking 48 hours FROM NOW, and that they wouldn't even refund my shipping costs if it gets out 48 hours AFTER LAUNCH!
