I dont see a mission called "Priority Eden Prime" or "From Ashes" in my mission list.
Does anyone know when it is suppose to come up? After a certain mission is done or certain gameplay time?

I got it right before the mission to go to the Turian moon. Like right when you first get controle of the normandy.

It is a mission to Eden Prime. Look for an email about it. I dont think it is a priority email or anything. I got it right after I rescued Liara

You should be able to see it when you first access the galaxy map, and it should stay there until priority Cerberus if you don't go for it.
