 I'm interested to here everyone's thoughts on this.  I just completed the mission, curing the genophage, but was wondering how it works out if you go the deceitful path.  After reading the scathing email from the Dalatrass, I am starting to have doubts it was the correct decision.

I'm about to do the same mission. I'm about to free the female at that station like in the demo. I also offered a cure to Wrex.
