Okay...I didn't think much time had passed between ME2 and 3, though it sure seems like it with not making any sense of what's going on in the beginning of the game. Anyways, I reunited with Liara during the SB mission on ME2...but now I go to talk to her in 3 and she's saying it's been years since being together? Um...did they just ignore the whole SB mission and getting back with Liara, for those that have her as an LI?

LotSB is, basically, Shepard stating that he's still interested; realistically, it was a two year coma followed by one year of, at best, occasional emails (which Shepard doesn't do) and very occasional meetings.
